Unreel is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create AI-generated video content featuring virtual influencers. The Service allows users to generate, customize, and publish video content to social media platforms including TikTok.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity without proper disclosure
• Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive viewers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

• Content created through our Service is AI-generated
• You are responsible for disclosing the AI-generated nature of content where required by law or platform policies
• You retain ownership of the concepts and scripts you provide, while we retain rights to the underlying AI technology
• Generated content may not be used to create misleading or deceptive media

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Free credits are provided for new accounts and cannot be exchanged for monetary value

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by Unreel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You grant us a license to use, store, and process content you create through the Service for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNREEL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
